  The service was horrible, I called to place an order they told me it would take 20 mins, my husband got there 25 mins after , he asked for the order they said it wasn’t ready yet. He asked do you know how much longer it would take. The young lady at the front said “it’ll be ready when it’s ready, the oven is right there for you to see.” He sat down and waited. Later on she told him there’s your order. He asked to talk to a manager. She told him “why? There’s no manager right now” He told her he needed to talk to someone , she got the assistant manager and my husband told him what was going on , he said that it wasn’t right how he was being treated. The young lady told him “why isn’t he leaving the pizza is right there to just go” she then went to the back the assistant manager said there’s your pizza. So my husband just left with the pizza. When he got home the order was wrong I asked for 2 large pizzas and they only gave me one large the other was a medium, the wings barely had sauce on them. To top it off the large pizza bread was still raw in the middle . Just horrible, I received a call at 12 Am but was already asleep I called them back n the morning to tell them what happened and the manager still blamed us for what had happened and that if we didn’t pay why did we take the pizza. I told her that they told us to take the pizza and leave, it wasn’t out fault the young lady didn’t want to service him anymore and charge him. Worse experience ever! Won’t be going back.

  A Sunday afternoon, and a complete mess of unorganized chaos. Unfortunately the Mgr. Won’t get off her chair to address any issues. FULL lobby of unsatisfied customers. Mgr. Just barks stuff to staff members, Cashier is completely lost and doesn’t know where any orders are nor how long till they’re ready. Lazy, generic slow responses were all I could get and it’s sad cause this place used to be great! I blame it on terrible management. TWO THUMBS DOWN 👎

  I ordered and paid for online but I was going to pick it up. When I got there someone else got my order I'm sure it was a accident and I wasn't expecting it to be a problem but instead of redoing my order and a apology. nope .I was accused of trying to steal by sending someone in to get my order. I was pissed to say the least. Then was told that he would redo the order but it was going to be at least a hour before he could start it .so I will never go there again. And this is a heads up for whomever reads this.
