- JAJennifer Allen5 days ago1.0Order through the app at 10:45 AM on Saturday, October 10. McDonald’s serves breakfast until 11 AM on weekends. Husband goes and picks up the breakfast give them the code at the first speaker guy said to go to window number two. He gets the number two and the lady says it was canceled. It was never canceled. They canceled it because the fact that when he got to the second window waiting in line, it was after 11 AM and they don’t serve breakfast anymore. Customer service was horrible.
- MBMike BroaddusOct 4, 20261.0How can you screw up a cup of coffee THREE TIMES ? Well, when nobody speaks English well enough to comprehend that a cup full of coffee grounds is no acceptable and they won’t wash out your cup, but bring you a cup of hot water for you to do it yourself…….that’s poor quality product and unacceptable customer service.

- SNsophia navarretteSep 5, 20261.0I’m truly disappointed this lady was pressed about a $3 orange juice we argued for about 3-7 minutes before I just gave up,not happy I showed her my phone showing I purchased it she didn’t care and continued to say I didn’t purchase that item. Also food was cold wish I could get better service
