  I can’t comment on the food because for the second time in a row they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. Sausage instead of bacon. Once is an accident, twice is just incompetence. The wait for the food was over 15 mins and you could tell the morning crew was uncoordinated and without leadership. Don’t come here if you want your order right or in a timely manner

  I ordered a mcdouble with no nions. Cause im allergic and they still put them really bad service and management is bad dont go there people save ur money

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant and felt it was important to bring it to your attention. My order consisted of two large French fries, one 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, and one 20-piece Chicken McNuggets to feed two adults and two children. When placing my order, I requested two Ranch sauces, two Barbecue sauces, two Sweet ’N Sour sauces, and a few ketchup packets. When I received my order, I found that I had only been given one Ranch sauce, one Sweet ’N Sour sauce, and two ketchup packets. When I politely asked for the remaining sauces I had requested, I was told that I would have to purchase them separately for an additional charge. What should have been a quick and convenient meal turned into an unnecessary disagreement over something as simple as dipping sauce. As a paying customer, I should not have to argue over condiments that are meant to accompany the meal. It creates the impression that the franchise owner is trying to save a few cents at the expense of customer satisfaction, leaving customers feeling nickel-and-dimed over an order they have already paid for. The experience was frustrating enough that I went home and researched McDonald’s recommended sauce guidelines. Based on the commonly accepted recommendations, a 10-piece McNuggets order includes two sauces, and a 20-piece order includes four sauces—for a total of six dipping sauces. Ketchup is a separate condiment and does not count toward those dipping sauces. Coincidentally, six sauces were exactly what I requested. This entire situation could have been avoided. Instead, what should have been a pleasant experience became an argument over sauce. That is not the level of service I expect from McDonald’s, especially when customers choose your restaurant because it is supposed to provide a convenient, enjoyable meal for their families. I hope this complaint is shared with the franchise owner and management team. My concern is not simply about the sauces themselves—it’s about the customer experience. Policies that lead to confrontations over a few packets of sauce leave customers feeling undervalued and make them think twice about returning. I hope this location will reconsider how it handles these situations so future customers do not have the same experience.
