  If the service was more experienced or better trained (or both) this would be a great McDonalds. Maybe later this will change but for now, expect delays and food inconsistencies.

  Running doordash for this McDonald's is unpleasing you are ignored never greeted, waited 10minutes for my order that still hadn't been started and it was only 2 drinks

  I visited this location on June 11, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM to pick up lunch for my work team. We are currently celebrating Service Week at our hotel, and as a special gesture of appreciation for my Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, I have been bringing them breakfast and lunch throughout the week. I placed a very large order to feed 17 team members and patiently waited for it to be prepared. When I received my order, I noticed there were only a few sauces included despite the large quantity of nuggets, chicken strips, snack wraps, and other items I had purchased. I politely asked the employee at the front counter if I could receive a few additional sauces. She was kind and informed me she could provide three additional sauces of each type, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience quickly changed when the shift supervisor approached me with a very unprofessional attitude. She spoke to me in a manner that was difficult to understand and came across as rude and dismissive. Eventually, I understood that she was telling me I would have to pay extra for additional sauces. Although I had already spent a significant amount on my order, I agreed and paid the additional charge. The most disappointing part was discovering when I arrived back at my property that none of the extra sauces I paid for had been included in my order. I was charged nearly $10 for sauces that were never provided. Additionally, the quality of the food was very poor. The chicken strips, snack wraps, and other items appeared old and looked as though they had been sitting under warming trays for an extended period of time. The food was not fresh and did not meet the quality I would expect, especially for such a large order. Customer service and food quality are both critical parts of the dining experience. I would encourage management to focus on treating customers with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Small gestures and a positive attitude go a long way, especially when serving customers who are supporting your business with large orders. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  This location really needs help I go here cuz it’s down the street but I think I might go to other locations they can’t get the order right fries are always cold they use to be good but now they just really suck all management says is I’ll talk to them about fixing it bt never fixes it grease from the fryers needs to b changed the nuggets taste like shit and sometimes my burger isn’t hot the cheese doesn’t even melt cuz the burgers so cold thank god there making other restaurants near me cuz this location pisses me off every time like why can’t the food b fresh and correct

  Went on 5/23/26 around 8pm and ordered 2 ice waters and 1 sprite and 2 meals and a cone. When we get to the window the boy working drive thru only gave us 1 water and one sprite & when we asked for the 2nd water he rolled his eyes all the way to the back of his head (possibly looking for his brain) and complained about giving us what we ordered. Then I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt because I also work in customer service but before leaving I probably said thank you 3 different times & not any acknowledgement at all. Why apply for a job that involves customer interaction if you don’t want to interact & instead give them a bad experience. The food was fine but yall should make ur employees wear name tags so we know who gives good interactions & doesn’t smh. Do better.
