- NCNatalia Caraballo2 days ago1.0They need to hire people who can actually work a drive thru and a register. Again its tea why does it take 10-15 min in line to get a drink? Also asked about my rewards and gave her the phone number 4 times she seemed irritated and just kept pushing buttons like she was pretending to do something. Manager walked by twice and didn’t even ask if there was something wrong. People in the back just talking and laughing instead of helping out their coworker to speed up the process. Then she just hands me a receipt and says “you can add the rewards yourself “. Im probably never going to by tea here again after this . I lived in FW and never had issues like this before.
