- MWmephisto waltzJun 28, 20265.0the girl that took my order was kind!! i got the strawberry matcha. it was good, but i recommend asking for less ice if you get it because the strawberry syrup just sits on top of the ice. so the strawberry flavor doesn’t really fuse well in the actual drink. i tasted some strawberry in the beginning but it disappeared after a few sips probably because it stuck/froze to the ice.

- CKClinton KeeneMay 24, 20261.0I try to be very kind to the service industry workers and take a chill pill with this kind of stuff, But it really should not take 3 attempts at a drive thru to get a single $3 drink correctly. I ordered a huge Texas chai easy on the ice, and got a large instead. I let them know we ordered a huge, paid the ~40 cents difference (because it was keyed in wrong,) and received a huge of the wrong flavor. I pulled into a parking spot, went inside, explained the situation to someone else, and finally got the tea I originally asked for (but the cup was now filled to the top with ice) The cherry on top to all this was that once I finally got my wife's drink for her after so many retries, it was watered down and nasty. There doesn't seem to be any QC here.

Also asked about my rewards and gave her the phone number 4 times she seemed irritated and just kept pushing buttons like she was pretending to do something. Manager walked by twice and didn’t even ask if there was something wrong. People in the back just talking and laughing instead of helping out their coworker to speed up the process. Then she just hands me a receipt and says “you can add the rewards yourself “. Im probably never going to by tea here again after this . I lived in FW and never had issues like this before.
