- SSSocorro Salinas6 days ago3.0We will always love HEB, this location which in the area has been our go to for years, has gone down hill immensely. Every single trip we make we go in hoping to see it thrive as it once did. We typically find everything we need, the employees almost always have an attitude, not all of them but for the most part customer service skills are a big lack. Stock is not properly done, freshness is lacking. This location was a favorite for so many, as products were always fresh, cleanliness, and order was never lacking. Now rotting fruit and veg is out on display, as items are cleared out messes aren't kept to, boxes which can clearly and easily be tended to are left to sit out. Bakery area is left in shambles, down to the displays. We've been coming to this location close to 10 years now, and the lack of attention to detail, and customer service has been a constant for the last couple of years. Something that used to be a breath of fresh air for many is no longer.
