Unfortunately, the recent aggressive introduction of AI at the drive-thru significantly detracts from the experience. What used to feel like a friendly, personal interaction now feels impersonal and frustrating. The system comes across as overly intrusive and doesn't match the level of hospitality I'd expect from a restaurant that takes such pride in its food. Technology can certainly improve efficiency, but it shouldn't come at the expense of genuine customer service or the jobs of the people who provide it. As of now, I will no longer be eating here. I refuse to have my hard-earned money go toward expanding AI technology in place of human interaction. It's disappointing to see a business I enjoyed move in this direction, and I hope corporate reconsiders this decision.
