They got all 3 of my orders wrong and gave me attitude when I tried to fix them. Then tried to make me pay to turn the drink I got into a large because that’s what I ordered. I got a rebel into one of the drinks and ended up having it into my drink. I was being nice. But then went to the window to fix another drink. And the girl who gave me my drink from the window came over there and gave me more attitude. To a minor. I get I’m young but to have more respect for others I would like it back

- DFDalton FridayJun 4, 20264.0Products here are always good never have any complaints on anything I’ve gotten from them but it’s kind of pointless putting an online order unless ordering for the pickup window, the drive through here stays packed most of the ones I’ve been to in other places will bring it out to you usually if the lines getting real long so they can clear up space (and they use to do that here) but not anymore so long lines mixed with them taking orders not in the order people arrived can take a good while. Seems like the drive through was a little faster than usual today so that’s a plus. Overall not a terrible experience and always a friendly smile from whoever takes my order

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
