My co workers order from here all the time ,its very convenient for work meeting or parties. Ive never personally been in this store, but my coworkers had told me the employees at this Dominos on Faudree aren't the nisest. Today our bosses wated to treat us to a pizza a party . So I placed a order this morning . I called the lady on the phone sounded really rude as if it was bother for me to be calling at the moment. When I got the Dominos . I go to the front desk , and the red haired man with a beard that works their just looked at me. He didnt say my I help you or anything . So I tell him im their for my order. I carried it all to my car. Then I realized I need crushed pepper and parmesan cheese. Well I go back inside and ask him if I may I have some . While he is giving me his back ,he turns back looks at me makes a money gesture with his fingers and tells me they cost money. As if I didnt have money them. Mind you I the order was a total of 88 dollars . I looked everywhere for a receipt, and noticed I wasn't even given a receipt or asked if I wanted one. I always treat me people the way I would like to get treated to . Its sad to be treated this way while providing business to established.

Witch is weird bc I got a pizza from the same place yesterday. She is very unprofessional was told its the manager. But I spoke to a different manager yesterday and they said no issues again im 7 min down the road. This is a joke. They made me order from a place 20 min away. She needs to figure out how to work with customers.

We tried using his free customer care gift certificates from corporate and the person on the phone said he had to ask his manager about them . She told him that we could not order except in person when the certificates clearly state “in person or call-in”. Then tells us the certificates are invalid. I called to speak to the manager, who did not give her name, and she argued with me about the certificates/how we could use them, then lied and said we were told we could order over the phone they just needed the certificates in hand, which I told her they would have when we picked up the pizzas. She did not like it when I told her what she said wasn’t true about what my husband had been told and hung up on me. I called back to get her name for another corporate complaint to which the store employee said he would have to ask her if he could give it. She told him not to, and then he told me it’s their policy not to give it. This store has repeatedly gotten our order wrong every time we’ve placed it whether it’s online or when they are remaking it and I pick it up in person. They are rude and unprofessional. We will not use this store ever again. I would drive clear across Odessa if I want another Domino’s pizza. We are calling Pizza Hut.
