  Horrible service! Monday 5/18/26 1:30pm. The lady seemed like she was racing, she could not even get your order when she was just throwing half scoops of rice and protein and sending bowls forward. Didn’t even get a chance to decide what I really wanted because she wanted to do it so fast. I ordered 3 bowls and 3 tortillas on the side and the tortillas were not cooked because they were taken out so fast from where they warm them up. When I got home the tortillas had mold on them. God knows what else is bad.

  Chipotle has good food but every time I order thru door dash as I can’t usually pick up there is less protein in the bowls than if I order in the store. Sadly, I will be finding other places to order food from. Very disappointed in the food portions.

  3rd time in a row now yall have forgot Guac, Fajita Veggies and queso I didn’t leave a review the first two times but three times in a row is ridiculous. Even yall chips have been stale three times in a row.

  I can't believe it 58dlls for this food are you seriously chipotles very disappointed low quality and quantity they charge for all extra that they never put , bad bad online service never again

  I usually never complain, but this was my first time ever being at this location and from the moment I walked in it was disappointing. The floor was covered in trash and dirt. The drink station lemonades were almost all empty, paper straw trash all over the countertop. As I’m waiting on my food I notice how dirty and messy the food station is where the lady is working on the to-go orders. I come home and realize she didnt put half of the things I ordered in my bowl. The side of queso I ordered has been sitting for so long l it’s all clumped together and the chips are hard as rocks. After all of that being said I think corporate needs to look into this specific location to better serve their guests. I don’t plan on returning
