- MSM Sweet2 days ago1.0Chick-fil-A isn’t supposed to be healthy but it is supposed to have healthy options. I asked the cashier what’s the smallest grilled nugget you have she said 5 and preceded to ring me up for fried nuggets which got thrown away. I ordered the kale salad and it’s not just drenched in dressing but it’s also soggy and wilted. The two items I ordered which were to get me a healthish option through lunch was a complete fail due to multiple misses from the Chick-fil-A staff. Accuracy of order taking, proper preparation of food from prep, and likely no follow-up on code dates for salads which I’d assume is a manager responsibility. The food isn’t inexpensive but I wasted $10 and didn’t eat not one thing I received.

Hate saying that, because the food was excellent, the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall environment made the visit a very enjoyable one.
