  I got the "gold rush" which is a quarter pound cheeseburger with fries and a side order of onion rings. The service was great. I even got a free bowl of ice cream. I'm not sure why.. 😅

  Place and atmosphere was nice. Food was overpriced and mediocre at best for what we got. My son's chicken strips were burnt, my wife's bottom bun was unusable due to the water from the tomato and browning lettuce literally dripping off of it.

  I have never ever been to this place before and HOLY HELL IT damn near made my taste buds feel like it was in texas heaven. THE cheese burger itself i ordered was packed with flavor, the meat is Thick and juicy and was packed with seasoning. And any restaurant i have been too are usually either bland or have little to no seasoning BUT SON THIS burger is just phenomenal. And the fries, BY GOD THEY ARE HOMEMADE, I barely even see anymore homemade French fries and the only ones I see that are at least homemade are the ones in McDonald's. BUT this is far better than McDonald's. And the cheese sticks are not only big and thick BUT ITS PACKED WITH ALOT OF CHEESE. DUDE, these cheese sticks are handbreaded to perfection that it tastes better than regular cheese sticks. And the Mac and cheese was good and gooey. Loved the softness of the Mac and cheese. If yall want true homemade texas flavor then this is the place to come too. ✌️ and whenever I asked for no bacon on the cheese sticks because I have issues with my stomachs if i eat bacon they freshly made me a batch with no bacon and no worries. These people are truly careful with other people's health and what they offer.

  My table ordered two 1 lb burgers and the one 1/2 lb. All three were very overcooked and extremely tough. I added an egg on mine and asked for it to been cooked as much as possible and received a very runny egg. The meat itself was poor quality ground, I pulled 5 bone chips from my burger alone. After hearing good things online I was very disappointed. I was even more disappointed with the owner response. It's not "bashing" to give an honest review of our experience. I literally had to get my pocket knife out to cut the one patty I did eat up, it was so tough. I was very vocal of the issues while at the restaurant, I even had a discussion with the table behind me. Maybe you should have looked at my "clean" plate and the pile of little white chips of bone and the uneaten patty. Difficult to bring up additional issue when your initial order wasn't even correct. The bone chips aside the beef might have been good quality but it was hard to tell due to how overcooked and tough it was. If you can't cut a burger patty with a fork something is definitely wrong somewhere. It's hard to mess up a burger that bad.
