  This place is absolutely amazing, I brought my woman out to eat here & we enjoyed every bit of it down to the service being top tier, The boss coming up to you and making you feel like you are at home, the food tasting so good it’s unreal. I got the fried pickles & let me tell you the batter on them are delicious and they come with plenty. We also got the bricks, they are packed with flavor and come with a nice crunch. For our main meal I got the limited time Boomtown Bomb Burger and it’s in the name when it says it’s the bomb burger because it’s booms with flavors. My woman got the limited time Tumble Weed Sandwich, she said it’s very good and had a lot of flavor that all these other wanna be’s wish they had. But overall I recommend it to anyone looking for the best burgers in town.🤘🏻🤘🏻

  Service: 1.5/5 Unfortunately the waitress took 25 minutes to get our drink order, by then we were ready to order food as well. Another waitress did help out with refilling our drinks. Food: 3/5 Food took a long time to come out. Burgers came out with extra unordered ingredients. Could use a pinch more seasoning. Place: 4/5 Patio was cute. Bathrooms were clean.

  The chicken strips were good and fresh. One of our plates came out alot later than the others, but the owner noticed and jumped right on it. They do a good job trying to give attentive service. The place is clean, but we noticed a smell out front. Its an old building so could be that. I would recommend giving them a try for sure. They seem to care about their customers and food.

  If you’re looking for a great burger spot in Odessa, Boomtown Burgers is a must-try! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every meal we had was delicious, and the portions are generous. What really sets them apart is their excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their service. Highly recommend Boomtown Burgers to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding hospitality!

  Worth the Drive From Midland One of the Best Burgers I’ve Had in the Basin I’ll be honest when it comes to restaurants in Odessa, my expectations are usually cautious. Too often you get slow service, mediocre food, or a place that’s all hype and no substance. Boomtown Burgers completely broke that pattern. I made the drive from Midland specifically to try it, and it was absolutely worth it. I ordered the Derrick Hand Burger along with the Jalapeño Bombs, and both were outstanding. The Jalapeño Bombs were some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The breading was perfectly seasoned and tasted genuinely homemade, not like some generic frozen appetizer pulled from a box. Every bite had flavor, and nothing about them was bland. The real star of the meal, though, was the burger. You can tell immediately they’re using fresh beef instead of frozen patties. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The onion ring added great texture, and the house made BBQ sauce brought everything together without overpowering the beef. It tasted like a burger made by people who actually care about what they’re serving. The fresh cut fries were excellent too crispy, hot, and clearly made in-house but honestly, that burger stole the show. What impressed me most is that Boomtown delivers something that’s becoming harder to find: food that tastes like someone actually made it from scratch. Real seasoning, real flavor, quality ingredients, and portions that leave you satisfied. If you’re in Odessa or Midland and you’re tired of chain restaurants and disappointing local spots, give this place a shot. Boomtown Burgers isn’t just good by Odessa standards it’s legitimately good, period. 5/5. Worth the drive, worth the money, and I’ll definitely be back
