  i got a strawberry chai latte this morning and it did not taste like what it usually tastes like, it tasted like soap.. i’m not sure if one of the workers didn’t clean a measuring cup or accidentally maybe put something else in my drink

  I love all the worker there they do such an amazing job. They always make u have the right drink and help u all the time making u have it right. Love the vibes there such wonderful and inspiring people

  I was getting my order taken and I guess the girl taking my order was concerned about customers throwing trash in the dumpster which I get that BUT as I’m paying (I’m literally holding my phone to the tablet for Apple Pay) she sets it down, storms off and says “I’m gonna go tell them something” (tells me NOTHING just walks off and leaves without finishing my payment). Another two girls follow her and say “I want to see” instead of taking her place at least to finish my order so they all just leave me there? Then she comes back says nothing still and when she hands me my straw she accidentally says “here” before she corrected herself. I wish I would’ve asked for her name but it was super rude. I understand you’re concerned about people throwing trash in your dumpster but at least treat your current customer politely and let me finish before you just storm off. Please work on manners!
