  Not sure what’s going on recently, but the last few times I’ve come to this location, the drinks have been horrible. Every time it’s a different, bland taste. Yesterday (8-19) was the only time they made my drink good. I’ve gotten coffees, never comes out sweet even when ordered as extra sweet, I’ve ordered decaf, they don’t give me decaf. I can’t drink regular milk, so I order with oat milk. They still serve it to me with REGULAR MILK. Never coming back to this location. Everyone needs to be retrained or something. No one has pride in their work anymore. Just now I had to return 2 drinks that weren’t made correctly and just finally asked for a refund.

  i got a strawberry chai latte this morning and it did not taste like what it usually tastes like, it tasted like soap.. i’m not sure if one of the workers didn’t clean a measuring cup or accidentally maybe put something else in my drink
