I am done with this location, my wife loves this franchise's coffee, but this makes the 8th time in a roll we have sit in a line forever, this doesn't happen to us at the Grandview location, just here, maybe they all take breaks at the same time, I don't know, but this girl up here has been chatting with the person in the single car ahead for 20 minutes, before taking their order, like I said way to common here.... figure a 45 minute window to get coffee would be reasonable, especially if there is only two car ahead of us, once again going to be late.... they got a good product but it's not worth getting fired over, I hope they get better management at this location.

My drinks are always tasteful and made very fast. Although it’s always busy the line moves very fast and the wait isn’t bad at all. Maybe how they proportion the flavors and the cold foam always makes it better.

Yesterday I went to 7 brew the day of the brew doh. I go through the line around 7 or 8pm and this girl dressed in an all pink skirt had awful customer service. I was about to greet her and say hi but instead she cuts me off and asked for a phone number with an ugly tone. No greeting at all. Then she just stands there in silence until the drink came out. She gave me my drink, said have a great day and walked off. It seems like I was bothering her for just coming through the line and ordering a drink…
