  Horrible. This girl with blonde hair and glasses was absolutely so rude! I asked for heavy ice and didn’t receive that. I also asked for a drink carrier and received pure attitude. Also, she forgot my can of energy and she made a big deal if i didn’t. Do better 8th ST 7 Brew!

  This used to be my favorite location, but lately the service has gone downhill. I always order cold foam, and almost every time they forget it. Today was the worst experience yet—they got my entire order wrong. When it was time to pay, I chose not to tip because of the repeated mistakes. The employee simply walked away without saying thank you or anything. Then when I got my order, it was completely incorrect. It’s frustrating to feel expected to tip when basic order accuracy and customer service are lacking. Unfortunately, I’ve also noticed that men seem to get treated better at this location, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I used to love coming here, but after so many bad experiences, I’ll be reconsidering whether I return.

  Employees that make the drinks needs to be retrained. Drink came out wrong.

  Pulled up, they slammed the door on us and after we asked if we they were closed they said “no” in a very rude, disrespectful and annoyingly way. They are clocked in right now at 9:50 pm Thursday 4/16/26.

  I normally go to the Grandview location, but went to this one since it was closer today. Waited in line for 20 minutes, which I understood since the person in front of me ordered what looked like 12 drinks. I was given my order (two banana bread blondies, one with caramel drizzle), but it was a lighter color than it always is. When I told the employee it looked different, I was told almost sarcastically “One has caramel drizzle, that’s why.” Thank you ma’am, I’m not stupid, it’s usually brown and it looks like a cup of creamer. When I said no it’s made different than normal, I just got a idk look in response. The only reason I didn’t get it remade is cause I had somewhere to be and had been there long enough. I should’ve just gone out of my way to go to my normal location.
