  I wrote this because I'm upset on many levels. I am worn out with the lack of simple common courtesy in our young adults. Even a nod or a smile would've gone a long way at this Dairy Queen. My husband and I stood at the counter what felt like at least 10 minutes without another customer even near us. In fact, there was only one other family that we saw in the entire Dairy Queen. As we stood there, employees moved around behind the counter to different parts of the kitchen. They would look us straight in the face and say nothing. After we were not waited on and so blatantly ignored, we left and they earned this rating.

  First time eating at this Dairy Queen, was blown away by One the Service, Two the cleanliness of both the lobby and restrooms, Three the professionalism. I spoke to the Manager but failed to get her name, I told her personally how impressed I was. By her and her teams work. Would definitely recommend this location.
