It's basically drive through only. You have to order at a kiosk and attempt to find someone for a refill.

Yesterday, I stopped to get two McChickens and medium fries on my way home from work. When I reached the window, I asked the lady for ketchup, and she asked why I didn't include it when I placed my order online. I told her that I forgot, and she was very rude. I moved forward to check that the order was correct and noticed that the chicken was old. I went inside and spoke to the manager to tell him what happened at the window with the lady named Liliana or Margarita. He offered me free food, but I told him I didn't want free food; I just wanted the lady to be nice and for my food to be fresh. I have had issues at this location before with food and I can deal with it, but for them to be rude, I don't think is right.

Guys…. If you want perfect food and service don’t go to McDonalds….. it’s just McDonald’s, it’s average for a McDonalds I don’t run into many issues. Keep up the work guys don’t stress about these people being aggressive.

Didier (I hope I am spelling his name right) was absolutely awesome! The mobile order I had placed was having issues sending to their store and he made sure to make it right. Always love the service here!

Food was good. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. But it was strange not seeing any employees at the front. There were not self serve areas for drinks, napkins, straws, or condiments. People waited with none available for cashier service. There was just a pickup window for mobile orders. We dined in with our two kids. Someone brought our food but we didn't see any staff the entire time. It felt like such an off concept. The restaurant was more conducive for a grab and go restaurant. Please bring back front-end cashiers, play some music, and set out the self-service stations. Thus McDonald's was too empty and bare. It didn't feel like the OG McDonald's we all knew growing up!
