Just ordered from the drive thru, after getting it and driving home while bag is closed, we opened it up to get the food out and with surprise. This is supposed be Large Fries. LARGE FRIES, AND WE GET THIS MEDIUM/SMALL AH PORTION. Phone rings for a couple of seconds and immediately states no one is available. This is the worst McDonald's location by far. Very disappointed with this place and upset, they have failed terribly in service.

McDonald's used to be a colorful, child-friendly, and fun place to get fast food. Now, with this specific location's sterile modernization, it feels incredibly cold and industrial. The kitchen is completely closed off from the dining area, and there is very little actual customer service to speak of. They have completely stripped away everything that made the brand's original identity great, replacing it with an unwelcoming environment. While the food is what you expect, the atmosphere and service are a true one-star experience. At this point, with everything they've stripped away, it makes no sense to eat inside. They might as well just close the dining room up and make the entire business a drive-through only operation, because it almost makes no sense to do anything else anymore.

That explains their inability to take pride in what they are doing. Order: 1 hamburger happy meal w/ a lemonade and a large sweet tea. Received: 1 chicken nugget happy meal w/ a lemonade and a UNsweet tea. Good job on getting the lemonade correct I guess.
