  I ordered two large orders of fries both came out undercooked and soggy. I called to get a refund and I’m being asked to drive back to the store a 20+ min round trip if I want my money back. Mistakes happen but the fact that the only way to fix this is by me wasting more of my time is crazy.

  1 star for drive thru speed, 1 star for order accuracy. I came to this location since it was closer to my neighborhood. I had a really long week and was eager to try the new Honey Brown Butter biscuit sandwich. Order was taken well, everything on the screen was accurate. I tried to order a drink at the last window but was told to pull back around because of the line, which I totally understand. I've been in food service before. The line got really long, so I went inside to place my drink order. Drive thru was treated more important than the lobby. Took around 5 minutes to get my drink, came back to my car to eat the biscuit sandwich just to see there's no honey brown butter... Why did I even come here to pay for a limited time product if it's not going to be sold properly to me. I thought since this location was newer, it'd be my new go-to McDonald's location, but I don't see that happening. I ended up going to a different McDonald's, explained the situation and just got the Honey Brown Butter on the side... The other location was understanding and respected me while I was telling them what happened. I knew if I came in to talk to whoever at this location it wouldn't have been taken seriously. This location's lobby has seating only, no self-serve drink or condiment station, so I think there should be more attentiveness for whoever's working front of house. I know the drive thru times are important, but customers will not come back if they're not drawn by the connections you make with the public at your location. Or at least, the accuracy and quality of the food needs to suffice. Would explain why there are so many low ratings here :(

  This McDonalds is by far the worst.. your order is never correct let alone fresh. The manager attitude sucks. This explains why the workers attitude the same. There are some good workers, but they will ignore you in a second as if they don’t see you. Blah Blah Blah I’ll never go back… I will travel an extra mile when I want McDonalds. To the owner you need to hire better managers, because this is not the only McDonalds in that area…
