  I'm giving 2 stars because the pizza was "OK". The toppings were a little lite in my opinion but what earned the bad review is the fact that a driver was standing right at the entrance smoking a cigarette! Not the smell I was looking for when picking up food. Piss poor management!

  Ordered garlic bread sticks from Northlake location ( via Uber eats) ...the bread sticks were super dry...no butter at all...super disappointed... ❌

  I love papa John’s and have eaten there for decades. I always like to order spicy garlic on the side. The last 4 times they have not included them. Seems little, but it’s very frustrating. Consistently forgetting seems more like a scam because i still get charged… most recently i told the driver mine were missing and he said he would bring some back to me shortly. No surprise that he did not.
