  Ordered garlic bread sticks from Northlake location ( via Uber eats) ...the bread sticks were super dry...no butter at all...super disappointed... ❌

  I love papa John’s and have eaten there for decades. I always like to order spicy garlic on the side. The last 4 times they have not included them. Seems little, but it’s very frustrating. Consistently forgetting seems more like a scam because i still get charged… most recently i told the driver mine were missing and he said he would bring some back to me shortly. No surprise that he did not.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The pizza arrived poorly prepared, with the toppings sliding off the slices and excessive grease throughout the box. More importantly, I found a piece of sausage on my pizza even though I did not order one. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cross-contamination and quality control. Whether it’s due to dietary restrictions, religious beliefs, or food allergies, customers should be able to trust that their order is prepared correctly. I hope the restaurant takes better care to prevent mistakes like this in the future.

  Wow…awful pizza and awful experience/customer service. I was given the wrong pizza and it smells DISGUSTING inside this store. Avoid at all costs, we will never be returning. Threw pizza away…the dough was completely raw. I’m appalled.
