Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I unintentionally left a comment that was supposed to be for this Whataburger but I accidentally left it for the Colombian country club in Dallas ha ha an incredible night truly I went there, but came to Whataburger after it was quite the mixup believe me AnyWho, I wish if you guys if you guys would like to see the comment I left for the review I should say for this Whataburger, please navigate to the Colombian country club of Dallas. I love the review around 2:54 AM of October 10 so you should see it. Let me know what you think once again I apologize for unintentionally commenting on the wrong Page. Take care guys. I asked for ketchup and got nothing. The times I have been there the customer service is just horrible. They practically throw the food at you and don’t even say anything to you.

I stopped for a while and came back to give it another shot but Alex somehow still has a job here. I cannot stand this dude. I am very courteous and spell out my order in an efficient manner so that its easy, and this guy has ZERO customer service skills. Alex will take down your order , not offer you any condiments whatsoever at the menu or the window, and still say your order back to you and include "and you said no condiments with that". Almost like this guy is trying to rage bait you into being nasty with him. Its never been the words he says, it's his tone. He has this sarcastic tone like you're bothering him by being a customer. Not friendly at all, doesn't reply at all when you say thank you, just hands your food and shuts the window. I've had many many instances with this guy that , dare me to say, I think he is trying to create a conflict by being sarcastic and saying things back to you - that you know are not accurate. Clearly several other reviews mention him by name so that should be a sign to get rid of this guy as you do NOT want him to be the face of your drive-thru. I think that was my last time coming here for a long time. I cant stand this guy.. What's worse is I know 100% this store will not do anything about it nor reach out to anyone about it. Prove me wrong...
