Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Visiting from overseas for the World Cup, I wanted to try some local food, and this place did not disappoint. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. Everyone made me feel welcome, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting!

    Overnight crew is terrible. How do you have no one in the drive thru and 3 people in store. (That already have there food that they made after I got there 20 minutes prior) Yet it takes you 45 minutes to make a doordash order. Makes no sense. This place is always one of the slowest to pick up from for sure.

    EXTREMLY BAD SERVICE. Worker name started with a J (young guy I believe wears glasses) that works in the back in the food making station was extermly rude and loud when questioning what my order was missing and responding that “I BETTER PAY FOR IT” very loudly where it could be heard in the entire restaurant to which I did respond that I had in fact already paid for it in drive through and my order was missing items!!. I eat Whataburger a couple times a week and always go between this location and the one on Rufe snow. The quality of the food and the Customer Service has been extremely poor the last few visit. But this rude interaction and VERY poor food quality was the last. I definitely will be returning to the other locations. Very saddening and disappointing because this location is on the way home and a lot easier for me to pick up after a long day of work. However the way the worker was VERY disrespectful to me as a customer is unacceptable when I finally received my items that were missing, The gravy was spilled in the bag and given with attitude from the workers. The girl at the front had told one of the other workers while I was standing there that she knew the order was missing fries because they were in the fryer making new ones yet my order was still given to me incomplete. Glad I checked it before leaving. Not to mention that all the other fries in my $40 order were old the burgers were not great cold/old fries and chicken tenders in the kids meals except for the new ones that I had to get off and go inside to get! Very disappointed with this location. The quality of the food was very disappointing. The fact that I went inside to get the gravys that were missing just to receive them All spilled in a bag was ridiculous. I Called the next morning to speak with a manager and never received a callback. If I could reach out to corporate I definitely would. This occurred June 10 between 720 and 730pm. I also did not receive a receipt when letting them know that I DID want to complain. Luckily I had scanned my app and have it in my purchase history. I would appreciate it very much if somebody reached out to me in regards to this very disappointing interaction at your Davis Location NRH.
