This Sonic was pretty busy when we arrived. It was a hot day and we wanted a cool drink. We started in the drive thru and it took a while so we decided to return to the mobile stall and order using the Sonic app. We were able to get half off using the app and it was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t aware of this awesomeness! I thoroughly enjoyed the tea and will be coming back a lot more this summer. Thanks for the delicious, cold drink. I love it.

As a delivery driver, this was a very frustrating experience. The order was handed to me as complete, but after arriving at the customer’s location, I discovered that the drinks were missing. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to correct their mistake.
When I informed the staff, they checked the receipt, made the missing drinks, and handed them to me without a single apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. No “sorry,” no accountability, nothing.
Their mistake cost me valuable time, caused the order to be marked as delayed, and negatively affected my service to the customer. For delivery drivers, time is money. A simple apology and better attention to orders would go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

I was there getting food because I just got off work and picked my kid up and then one of the workers there got mad I was there and when I was driving home chased me down on his motorcycle and rear-ended my car when I had my kid in the back and just drove off back up there if this is the type of people they hire I suggest you avoid this place
