I could not order anything because they ran out of slushy’s ! It was not even in the middle of the day, barely…
We used to get such good service here but not so much anymore. Multiple times lately, we have pulled up to order, been made to wait while others who arrived after us get prompt service. At first we thought that it was due to the kiosk having issues, but when we would go upfront to place an order,only for the staff to be rude. We are done spending money here.

I usually have no problem with this location, but today I placed a mobile order. My order was not found on their side which left me with no food, and I have yet to receive my refund.

Horrible experience with Sonic in this location. The food was soo bitter ( burger, fries, tenders and onion rings ). I have never had such horrible food in my life. I am pretty sure the bitterness is from them reusing the frying oil potentially so many times. I had to throw away all the food that I got from this store. I called them up to share the same feedback.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. This Sonic location is consistently failing to operate at a basic functional level with routine staffing shortages that leave shifts under resourced, often with too few carhops and insufficient kitchen coverage during busy periods, which results in long delays, bottlenecks, and a drive in system that cannot handle demand. Service speed is extremely slow even by fast food standards, with orders frequently taking far too long to be delivered due to poor coordination and lack of urgency during shifts. Order accuracy is also a persistent problem, with customers regularly receiving incorrect items, indicating a lack of attention and care in both preparation and handoff. Multiple ordering stalls are broken or have severe audio issues, making it difficult or impossible for customers to place orders reliably, which is fundamental to their business model. Customer experience is further impacted by a lack of staff. Overall, the store appears to be suffering from systemic operational failure across staffing, equipment maintenance, speed of service, and accountability, and the experience is consistently below acceptable standards for the brand. As a former restaurant manager, I can say that the only thing that could cause this mini issues in inadequacies is extraordinarily poor management and/or ownership.
