  I was impressed by how energetic the crew was. Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming. I can't exactly put my finger on what was so special about this McDonald's but the vibe was just different in a great way. The crew genuinely seemed to want to work hard for the shift leader and i could just tell that they all vibe really well with each other. Kinda felt like I was at chick-fil-a... if you go there too you know what I mean by that. Good work day shift!

  These people do not understand a single word you're saying. And I do not mean a language gap I mean they straight up do not understand a single word you're saying. I had to recount my order nine times I counted how many times I had to say it 9 times and they still asked me a 10th time what I asked for at the window and got it wrong It's not that hard they are clearly understaffed overworked and incapable of hearing I assume through their microphones because they must not be working well whoever is in charge of this establishment you need to fix it get them better mics or better listening skills I don't know what the solution to that is

  I ordered in the app last night to pick up at counter. I can’t have sugar drinks and both the Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Coke were unavailable… I’d already paid and was not offered help or refund, so ended up paying for soda and getting nothing due to their issue. Furthermore, the fries were cold and not fresh, so the only thing edible was the burger…total waste of time and money. Also, difficult to sit down and eat when they never give trays nor do they even have ketchup available in the lobby - you have to literally ask for everything because god forbid they actually just give it to you as part of your order. Common sense is if someone orders fries, you should give them ketchup.

  To the manager that wanted me to go back around in line after they failed to hear me asking 3x for two ice cream cones in a cup and making me feel like I was the one who messed up smh. The worst service ever, but thanks you just solidified why I stopped going to McDonald's.
