    Looks like they have no phone’s in the store i called so many times and got send the ban ai and could even talk to a person. I made a mobile order and put it to this location, i tried to cancelled in the app but it didn’t let me so i called and as i said the ai answered. I had to do a 20 minute drive all the way over here just for them to tell me that the phone number that’s on here it’s their manager and she is off for the day. I understand costumer service can be hard, but i was pissed! i was late to work just because of these.

    I gave this location one last chance. When you order a 911, you expect to get a highly caffeinated beverage as it is a 6 shot delight. Normally, you can taste the coffee and at most locations, you can. Today I was handed a cup of sweet breve, coffee flavor non-existent. There was definitely not 6 freshly brewed shots in my drink. If I wasn't already running late, I would have taken it right back and had it re-made. That was the last time.

    Actual real review: Not for real coffee drinkers. Service terrible, coffee terrible, wait and price, also terrible. First, we were laughed at (seriously) by the girl in the drive-thru for ordering a hot coffee, commenting about the weather and was I sure?? Second, she had literally no info about the coffee, not even basic. Had to go ask questions to others for things like how many shots are in the coffee so we know if we wanted extra. How about how big are the sizes?? Nope, didn't know that either. Third, we were there at least 20 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU. It was unbelievably long, the coffee was barely warm at all and they have NOTHING TO STIR the coffee with! At a coffee place! We finally asked if maybe they have a straw we could use to stir? This is absurb and a complete waste of time just to try a new coffee place. Oh, and the coffee was not good, nothing impressive. 151, Starbucks, Black Rifle, they all are far superior. And this place's prices were ridiculous. If you are just looking for high-priced candy/syrup/frozen drinks, then this is probably ok for you.
