    Dutch Bros in the morning never fails. The line looks scary sometimes but it moves SO fast, and the workers are always hype and super nice. Love that you can customize literally everything. Get the Golden Eagle or a Rebel, you won't regret it.

    Staff here is great. However my only compliant is that I've come here several times and sometimes they are playing trap music. Curse words are obviously censored but when it's talking about, sex, drugs, and gang bangs, a simple “__“ in a single word isn't enough to censor the meaning. Idk if the staff is allowed to choose their own music or if Dutch bros has their own Playlist. And as someone who listens to her fair share of explicit music, I just find it pretty distasteful at a coffee shop where people of all ages go too. Literally was playing a song as I walked up about drugs, sex and nearly being shot/betrayed by his friends. Like uh... There is kdis around.

    I had a pickup order scheduled and it came out 30 minutes later and it was completely wrong. There were 4 works and only 3 cars in front of me. They were rude despite me being patient and trying to tell them nicely and told me to pull up if they wanted me to remake it. I got my drink 45 minutes after I placed the order. None of the workers even apologized either. I used to come here a lot but I’ve been disappointed recently with how often my order is wrong.

    I came in this morning right around 5:30 AM, and even though online ordering was offline, the experience was incredible. I’m a regular who usually orders ahead to help save the team time, so I was a bit worried about adding to the morning rush. ​Instead, the wonderful employee working the counter already knew my order completely by heart and had it out to me in no time. Feeling recognized like that made my day. ​I want to make sure her manager knows what an incredible job she’s doing. That level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality is rare, and she deserves huge recognition for going above and beyond!" ​This hits the 5:30 AM detail explicitly, emphasizes her accuracy and speed, and frames her as a standout employee to her boss. What's also cool?Is the boss also knows my order. This place makes me feel loved seen and happy to come see yall.

    I visited this Dutch Bros location yesterday and ordered three slushes. Unfortunately, all three were extremely watery…they weren't icy at all and tasted more like juice than slushes. I politely asked if they could remake them because they weren't what I had ordered. I was apologetic about having to ask, but when you're paying Dutch Bros prices, you expect to receive the product you ordered. The employees seemed very upset that I asked for the drinks to be remade. They stopped speaking to me altogether, remade the drinks in silence, and handed them back with some of the worst facial expressions I've experienced from customer service staff. It appeared that one of the employees may have been a manager, which made the interaction even more disappointing. From the beginning, she didn't seem friendly or interested in providing good customer service. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're inconveniencing employees for asking for a correctly made order. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location. I'll gladly take my business to a Dutch Bros where customers are treated with respect and employees appreciate the people supporting their business.
