- DADameon ArteeseJun 24, 20263.0So I normally dont have any issues with this location, but lately there has been one employee who tends to mess up my wifes order. Tonight she was taking my order and I start to order my wife's usual drink, it's a little long but normally they repeat the order to me, with this employee it's different she tends to interrupt me and not make take the order correctly. Luckily the guy that was making the drink recognized the order and verify the oak milk part of the order, he is the all-star in this interaction, and proceeds to make it mostly correctly but the other employee didnt mark down the extra pump of chocolate. My point being that this employee tends to ruin the expense and our order frequently. My family loves this dutch bros and would love to keep going to this one but im loosing my patience and looks at change the normal spot we go.

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
