  Let me start out by saying that the guy who helped me was awesome and if he was the only person I had interacted with, I'd be giving a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I let the guy who helped me know I had a gluten allergy and before I could even ask, he went to the back to wash his hands and change his gloves. I was super impressed by this. The black female employee you have working evenings seemed extremely annoyed by this. She even went over to the cashier to complain that I had a gluten allergy and this is why the line was backing up. She's literally the only person who complained, no one behind me said a word. Just her. I had read in a gluten free group I'm in that you guys would change gloves if you informed the staff of an allergy so I was excited to find a safe place to eat. I wasn't trying to be a bother, I didn't even ask for fresh food from the back which I had also read you would do if I asked. All I wanted was fresh gloves by the person who served me. Come time to check out and my son decided he wanted chips and guac. She literally got so visibly upset that she had to go get a side of guac for us. It really made me feel so uncomfortable and upset. She turned what should have been a good experience into a bad one. I'll never come to this location again. It's hard enough finding safe food to eat as a person with celiac, but to be treated this way really just adds to the hardship of having this diagnosis. I don't even want to talk about the portion sizing and how ridiculous it is to be charged extra for the smallest serving of guac ever because that's already been covered by previous reviews.

  Well I thought the food was great, until I woke up at 5am with food poisoning. Be careful at this location. Had bad stomach cramps out of nowhere that woke me up, and immediately had to go to the bathroom. I’ll spare the details.

  I use this chipotle location all of the time since it's local to me. Half the time they are out of certain things which can be frustrating. I either have to wait for them to cook items or they are out completely. It's very 50/50.

  I come here to do a review and I see that you already have 3.8 Stars which doesn't surprise me considering the kind of customer service that you give and how you treat people's food. When a customer has an online order they automatically electronically put themselves in line. I'm not quite sure if your employees know that those customers are just as important as the ones that enter the restaurant. Can't tell a customer to wait till the side while they actively wait for people to come in the door to make their food instead of doing the online orders is absolutely ridiculous. Then they throw the food together like they have no respect for the Integrity of the customer's order. Not the only Chipotle in town.....so I guess I should consider the location of the restaurant....I suppose the are accustom to treating customers poorly. WHAT A DAMN SHAME CHIPOTLE!!!

  Walked up to the counter and the person at the register ignored me. I finally mentioned I had a to go order and i gave the cashier the name. She said " You are going to have to wait we have customers we have to serve" like I wasn't a customer. I said I am sorry do I need to go through the line. So i got in line and the cashier was mad because I got in line. It took 10 minutes to get my to go order. That I order before I left my house.
