  I went here yesterday. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I woke up several hours later to the worse food poisoning. I ended up having to go to the hospital. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen but this is extremely unacceptable. Never eat here again.

  Monday 5th October 6.15 Sorry but tonights meal was pretty bad.. Very stingy on the beans & rice & the steak was so tough even the dog wouldn't eat it Hard pass on this location.. Didn't get a paper receipt because the cashier ran out of paper and couldn't be bothered to put in a new roll.

  This is the best chipotle in the metroplex, I have been coming here for 10+ years and have never been let down. Raven, The store manager is exceptional and never fails to be nice, courteous, and caring. Make sure to go to this chipotle if you want the best service and experience!

  I stopped at the Chipotle at 9127 Grapevine Hwy around 12:30 and was told they were only accepting cash, with no explanation. I rarely carry cash—like most people—so I drove to the next closest location, 7604 Denton Hwy, about 20 minutes away. After waiting 15 minutes in a line nearly out the door, I was then told I couldn’t order a quesadilla. When I asked why, both employees just stared blankly and said, “I don’t know. I wasn’t given a reason.” I’ve been a Chipotle customer since the early 2000s, and the service has declined to a level that’s hard to understand. Basic tasks—taking an order, making a burrito, preparing a bowl or kids meal—have become unexpectedly difficult. I recognize turnover is high, but this experience was beyond reasonable. Combined with the recent changes to the rewards program and rising prices, the lack of service simply doesn’t match what customers are paying. Today’s experience was unacceptable. --- The dining area at this location is consistently dirty. The line where you place your order is constantly full of water that leaks from some sort of refrigerant line, causing a possible issue where someone may slip and fall.

  I only went here because I was at work and I needed something to eat I got tired of eating the other stuff that was in the area so I came here the service here is trash first they didn't have the meat I wanted so I end up having to substitute for something else , which was fine , but the service , the african american boy with the dreads gave me was trash he was very rude as if he didn't want to be there today if he didn't have an attitude , he wouldn't have forgot my chips , and when he did give them to me , he threw them down on the counter i don't care about no one having a good experience at this place.My experience was horrible , and they don't have to worry about me coming back
