The guy putting the order came to me and told me 15 minutes later that there is no rice prepared and it’ll be another 15 minutes later wait just for rice. If I place an order at a specific time, I expect it at that time. Not 40 minutes later wait. He handed me a cup lazily and said “sorry” Do better Chipotle NRH!!
