- DODiego OrnelasAug 22, 20261.0Our visit was on 8/22/26 around 3:30 PM. On a positive note, the food portions were very generous, which we appreciated. However, the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. The young lady at the register seemed frustrated and confused herself by charging other customers ahead of us, then proceeded to ring us up even though we were still waiting for another entrée to be completed. Throughout the interaction, she never made eye contact and was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, the employees seemed overwhelmed and frustrated, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The food and portions were good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. Management has some work to do to create a more organized and welcoming experience for customers.

At 8:00 I asked about my order and was told they were out of white rice. I said brown rice is fine. At 8:05 I was told they were out of chicken and all beef. I said I could wait. At 8:10 I was told the chicken was ready, but the beef would be another 20 minutes. I said fine just give me all chicken. I finally left with my order at 8:20- 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. I got home to find that the crispy tacos were in soft tortillas, and the verde sauce was in a cup covered with foil because (I can only guess) that they ran out of lids. At no point did a manager present him/herself. The teenage to-go employee was left to deal with what was obviously horrible management. This is not the first bad experience at this particular location, but it was by far the worst. I will help them out by never ordering at this location again. Good luck getting your food.

The employees were also rude and did not treat customers with respect. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues.
