  Wife came up there a few weeks back , her order was messed up instead of chili cheese tots they put it on her burger , issue really wasn't that it's fixable and tbh seemed to be more of the apps fault the issue is with this employee I think her names Luara or Lora I'm not sure but she's older and has blonde hair , she tends to have to the worst attitude she tried to argue that chili and cheese wasn't even on the receipt it was and my wife had to pull up her app history to point that out because the employee apperently wasn't looking hard enough and just wanted to have a attitude and argue , which is not a good look on the company at all , charidy a different employee however was very helpful in this situation , fast forward to today there was no lettuce on our burgers and tots were only half full we had the luara lady again and again she gave attitude and was hateful and walked away before we could tell her about the tots , this employee needs to be looked into and I'm not sure if she's like this with everyone but it's very unacceptable behavior we will avoid sonic for now until we know this has been handled properly , it would be nice if our orders were never wrong but we're understandable on that aspect being disrespected for asking for our orders to be corrected is a different story

  Good food and it was actually hot! That new smasher is the bomb and the manager answered my questions I had and was very nice.

  This is a nice sonic. The staff is always good to us. We watched them have an event for kids the other day and it made our week. To see the sonic come to life again. They seem to be having fun and it shows in the food and environment. They always know exactly what we want too. That makes us feel special. Becky and John

  I bought food for me and my girlfriend I had 20 and she had some on a card the bill was 20.85 and I didn’t have .85 cents so my girlfriend offered to play it and they said they can’t split and order and I asked them to take something off they refused and then took the food back and complained about they will have to throw it away I drove 5 min back to my house grabbed a dollar and drove back and got the same exact thing and paid and it was the exact same price and receipt but that gave me a cheese burger instead of a smash burger I’m extremely disappointed. Also a guy I knew parked a truck and trailer in the gravel next to it and ordered food a worker came out and told him he had to be in a vehicle to order so he left and got food at the gas station
