Great location. Mid-afternoon/early evening has 1/2 price drinks. Nice store and great service too. Clean outdoor dining area and parking lot with pull in and order, covered parking spots, alot of slots to pull in and begin ordering or drive thru if you prefer.

This is absolutely the worst sonic in the United States!! Wasted over an hour total of my time that i’ll never get back trying to get food from here on tonight. Tried to order on the app. It said some items unavailable, And it wouldn’t let me proceed played with the cart for 20 minutes before driving to the Sonic. It seemed to let me proceed if I didn’t check mustard or on lettuce and then at the end it would not proceed. I get to the Sonic push the button The employee came to the car and said everything was available. She can’t help me with the app. Told me to call 1-800 number, I called the one 800 number they’re closed, go figure. So I go to order the girl takes time, and then comes to the car saying that the microphone is cutting out, now I’ve already spoken to her when I first drove up and pushed the button to see what was wrong with the app. She was nice when she came to the car too take information by hand, it was weird though not too sure why the male employee came out with her and just stood there the whole time like he was trying to intimidate me or something. So screen says the order is in the kitchen. I’m waiting 10 minutes at this point then I go to pay on the screen. It charges me full price. It’s supposed to be half off of the cheeseburgers on Tuesday after 5. The girl refunds me and brings the receipt, I wait an additional 14 minutes and still no cheeseburgers to come out. I pushed the button and she tells me they have 14 orders and they can only cook so much meat at a time, if they know that people are going to order the special you would think they would prepare ahead of time, but no, not in New Waverly. Don’t expect anything from this Sonic, do yourself a huge favor and go to the sonic in Willis. I have ordered food from there over 50 times and never had a single issue!!! Unlike the sonic in New Waverly is so hit & miss. I feel like if the owner would actually hire some adults to work there to monitor the high school kids that might help.

I was a little disappointed last time I wasn't able to use the app. Still the same consistent Sonic.
