  This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Their online menu is very limited and missing drinks even. I love Taco Bell and I hate this one. They don’t know how to make the food correctly. Very disappointed

  The guy taking my order at the window was fantastic had a great attitude. Didn’t get his name but about 10:30 on Saturday night the guy was great and was happy to be there and do his job! Love that

  I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell customer for years and have never had a bad experience—until tonight at this location. I ordered three Discovery Boxes, which included the Pizza Taco Burrito and Dorito Taco. I specifically requested steak added to each burrito taco, but none of them received the steak. The food quality was very poor. The Doritos Locos taco shell tasted stale/old, the Pizza Taco also tasted old, and overall the food had a spoiled taste. The drinks were extremely watered down. On top of that, they forgot the Cinnamon Delights I ordered, and I had to remind them about it. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of missing customizations, stale/spoiled-tasting food, and watered-down drinks made the entire meal inedible. I love Taco Bell, but I will never return to this specific location again. I just left a review, but I need to add more because this experience keeps getting worse. My son and I both took one bite and immediately knew something was off — the food tasted spoiled and completely inedible. We threw our meals away. My wife felt bad that I’d spent the money, so she was the only one who finished her entire plate. Now she’s throwing up like crazy and has been sick for hours. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Please stay away from this location entirely — it’s not worth the risk.

  I don’t even feel safe going through this drive-through there’s two huge dead pine trees, right where you have to take an order that looks like they’re about to blow over

  We moved to New Caney just over a year ago and this WAS one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in terms of service and quality of the food being served… it WAS 5 stars but I can only give it 2 now and that is because I have loved Taco Bell since literally 1984. This locations staff needs some training and/or new management. I usually do a mobile order and when I get here I tell them I am here for a mobile order… I pull up to the window and they immediately tell me to pull around to the front of the store…even though there is no body else in line… I ask them to put a bunch of HOT sauce in the bag when they bring it out… it is usually missing the sauce when they bring it out. So I have to go into the store to get sauce. Very frustrating. Sometimes they forget me because they are in there having fun so then I have to go in to get my order that I see sitting on the counter. Tonight they told me there would be a wait for beef because they had to prepare it because they ran out.. Taco Bell please help me turn this back to a 5 star!!
