  Horrible customer service service , he had the screen shut down at 1:52 said they closed at 2am had his friend sit at the window in the drive thru from 1:52 to 1:58 on purpose once we backed up then the truck backed up completely just rude

  I just went in too order and I had 4 workers look at me and not one came to the counter to help. I stood and waited and waited. They kept looking at me, but would not help.

  We went in tonight ordered dinner and ate. I asked for a to go container before we left due to not eating everything. The woman in the dining area said management said No. Even after being told I'd pay for the container the answer was still no. Normally, I'd let this go but when I confronted the staff about it the night manager claimed her employee (who didn't know the managers name) asked her to remake a portion of our meal. I told her that was not true and her staff told us she flat refused the request. I got upset because we paid almost 40 dollars for dinner and I wanted to take the contents of the tacos home like I normally would and for some reason it was a issue tonight. It is absurd that I can not get a plastic container that I once again would have paid for (and truly already had either the cost of dinner) but they will happily charge me for extra sauce packets and anything else they can.

  I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell customer for years and have never had a bad experience—until tonight at this location. I ordered three Discovery Boxes, which included the Pizza Taco Burrito and Dorito Taco. I specifically requested steak added to each burrito taco, but none of them received the steak. The food quality was very poor. The Doritos Locos taco shell tasted stale/old, the Pizza Taco also tasted old, and overall the food had a spoiled taste. The drinks were extremely watered down. On top of that, they forgot the Cinnamon Delights I ordered, and I had to remind them about it. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of missing customizations, stale/spoiled-tasting food, and watered-down drinks made the entire meal inedible. I love Taco Bell, but I will never return to this specific location again. I just left a review, but I need to add more because this experience keeps getting worse. My son and I both took one bite and immediately knew something was off — the food tasted spoiled and completely inedible. We threw our meals away. My wife felt bad that I’d spent the money, so she was the only one who finished her entire plate. Now she’s throwing up like crazy and has been sick for hours. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Please stay away from this location entirely — it’s not worth the risk.
