  Placed an online order for a combo. Wife went to pick it up but they forgot to give her the chips & drink even though it's clearly on the receipt. They didn't even set the chips/drink by the sub at the pick-up station. She said there were 2 works and only 1 other person there so its not like they were busy and forgot to place the chips and drink there. Come on now. Now I see why this place has a 3.9 review.

  I ordered a 12" Subway Club toasted on line..When I showed up, I was told my sandwich was on an outside rack...got home & it wasn't what I ordered..it had 1 meat in it which looked like black Forest ham. It wasn't toasted like I ordered, the veggies weren't on it that I asked for...I rarely eat out & this is the reason why! Unless you actually go in the store and watch them as you are ordering it will be done right... If not, you aren't getting anything you ordered.. I'm actually upset because I'm sick and didn't want to get anyone in the public sick so I ordered online... I didn't get what I ordered! Won't ever go to this location again! If your employees are too lazy to follow very simple sandwich instructions then they have no business working there!!
