- JAJocelyne ArandaJun 27, 20261.0Our family had an extremely upsetting experience at this Five Guys location in Valley Ranch, New Caney. We understand the restaurant was closing, but we were still inside finishing our meal when we were verbally assaulted and aggressively told to leave by the shift manager. The situation escalated when he threatened us with what appeared to be a blade when we asked him to allow us to finish our food. As we left, the shift manager chased us outside, yelling and banging on our vehicles. Our children were terrified, and our elderly parents were shaken by the entire ordeal. No family should have to experience this simply for finishing their meal. There is a professional way to handle closing time, and this was not it. We left feeling scared, disrespected, and concerned for our safety. We hope management reviews this incident seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure no other customers experience this kind of treatment.

Picked up food for family to watch the Mexico game spend $103 place was empty the cashier could’ve at least took the time to let us know what the toppings on the burgers were. We said no onions but she stated that topping all came separately. When we got home all the burgers had toppings in them and I HATE MUSHROOMS I couldn’t enjoy the burger at all.Honestly I prefer whataburger a million times. Y’all are way overrated 🙄

The reason why I’m leaving a one star is because how the heck do you forget the ingredients in the name of the item and they refused to answer the phone when I tried to make it right. $15 for a cheese burger and then forget the cheese and burger is hilarious.
