Public Service Announcement: Not the Dairy Queen From Your Childhood Terrible service and quality for a new location. This spot does not live up to the Dairy Queen franchise standards we all grew up on. Having worked at Dairy Queen myself and eaten there many times throughout my life, I can say first-hand that the quality has severely gone down. I can see by the other reviews now that I should have read them first—that's 100% my fault—but I hope this warning ensures somebody else does not have the same poor experience that my family did. It's just sad that our children will never see the Dairy Queen that we all grew up on. We specifically asked for our burgers and fries to be cooked to order and explicitly stated we didn't mind waiting. I even asked the cashier to reiterate the request to the cook, but he never did. Instead, our food was handed to us moments later. The burger patties were incredibly dry and had obviously been sitting in a warmer for a very long time. The two kids' meal cheeseburgers were so stale that my boys wouldn't even eat them, and they normally love a simple cheeseburger. We had to ask them to re-cook an adult burger to actually get it fresh, but even the second burger came out completely missing the extra pickles and onions we requested. To make matters worse, the individual order of chili cheese fries was a joke—the portion size looked like a toddler's meal. On top of the food issues, the condiment situation is ridiculous. There is no ketchup available in the lobby. When I individually spoke to the manager about why they only hand out two packets at a time—forcing us to walk back to the counter four or five times—she told me they are only allowed to give two ketchups per order of fries, regardless of the size of the order. This location is clearly pinching pennies to try to make a profit or pay for the building. Cutting corners like this is absolutely why businesses fail. You would expect a newer spot to try harder, but if they keep tanking the quality to save a cent, I don't see this location lasting very long. A total letdown.

The lady with long lashes, and eyeglasses had an attitude. She ignored us and shut the window on our face, we didn’t even do anything, seems like she was busy but ignoring and being rude to your customers is not right. I asked for her name she said cannot give it out, just told her she is super rude. I do love their blizzard though. Will come again but the manager should definitely do something about it. Thanks
