- RRRachel1 day ago3.0I’m giving my review a 3 because the food is always good and the environment is always very pleasant. But I stood up by the counter with people just walking in and out of the counter space (not taking orders, dropping off food to people) and not one person acknowledge me and asked me what I needed. I had to get the lady that restocks and keeps the dining area clean. I had to get her to get it for me. This is very disappointing for Chick-fil-A.

I stopped by for a biscuit and coffee before my doctor’s appointment at 10:45 AM. They asked me to park in the curbside area, and I ended up waiting about 14 minutes with no update. I finally had to call the store myself to see what was going on. What made it more frustrating was that there were no cars in the drive-thru, and I could see staff standing around just talking while customers were waiting. Because of the delay, I arrived late to my appointment. I understand mornings can get busy, but better communication and more attention to waiting customers would really help.

They have a system that works from the greeting to eating good food just as ordered and everything in between. It amazes me how many different locations you can visit and they just don’t miss a beat, whereas “competing” franchises struggle to provide anything close to what you’re looking for. This is a culture… a way of doing things that is engrained in each employee, bottom to the top, and it shows. Thank you for being a class act in an otherwise disappointing time in life.
