After she done talking, she started helping order people who walking in after me. So I had to ask her that she was ready for me. I told her her that I was waiting to order but she seemed like she didn’t understand what I said. You people need to hire someone better or train them to have better customer services. The place stink anyway.

The screen and website didn’t update on time but the food was prepared within 8 minutes of the guaranteed time. I checked the bag before leaving and thought that they messed up the order and got boneless instead of traditional on the split order. I have celiac and am not able to eat boneless wings. My husband asked to speak to the manager and explained our mistake and the full in manager Rachel was super helpful and understanding of the situation and made us the traditional wings. We appreciate all the hard work everyone is doing in such a busy time! Thank you!

No changes in anything else. Supposedly the manager said they can’t do that and I’d have to cancel my order with DoorDash and order again. I thought that was stupid but whatever I did it anyway. Because the manager couldn’t make that simple change in request, it’s caused so much confusion and problems with DoorDash and I’m not receiving a refund or food. Worst customer service. I’ve never had a problem with requesting small changes to my order especially on something that doesn’t require more effort. None other than laziness.
