I watched the young woman attend to incoming customers, restock cups, go back and forth to the kitchen, walked outside and looked at my car and repeated the same actions. I turned on my vehicle lights to get some attention. Eventually she came out and quickly gave me my food. I placed my order around 7:11. Email told me my food would be ready by 7:58, I had shown up at 7:48 and checked in, didnt get my food until 8:08, 20 min later I received my food nearly cold. Food must have been ready by the time I arrived if not maybe a little earlier. Don't know why there was a delay, but regardless my food was not very good having spent $30 on a burger, fries, onion rings. I should have just gotten Whataburger. But I was really wanting something with better quality and thats why I chose Willie's. I simply wont be anymore. 2nd time I've done take out, not doing it again. Food was barely warm. Back home which is only a 2 min drive, I found my bun was soggy and fell apart as I picked up the burger. Lettuce was wilted from having sat too long under a hot beef patty and the lettuce no longer had crispness, just wet sog. Fries were cold, tough, very salty. Bleh, last time I give this place a try.
