  Went inside and no person was at the front counter. I tried to order at the kiosk and it was being really difficult, they even told me they have had issues with them when I finally got attention of a staff member. After ordering it took 15 minutes to get the food. Asked for spicy ketchup and they didn't put any in the bag. Also no napkins in the bag. While waiting they had to assist another person at the other kiosk, why are you going to have kiosk that need a person to help with? Why can't you have a person just at the front counter all the time?

  Slowest Whataburger I've ever been to, the kiosk wasn't working and by the time I had gotten my one meal it had taken over an hour*.

  Tonight finalized it for me, that is the last time I eat anything from this company. 30 minutes from ordering to actually receiving food. One customer ahead of me inside, light traffic in the drive thru. So what would make it take so long? The bag after bag after bag of food for the manager out of uniform. One employee even had to follow him to his car. Corporate should check cameras at 7:30pm, pretty sure it was free food for him. I feel really bad for the other employees, what a terrible example of leadership. Everyone had to wait hand and foot on him ahead of paying customers. Never again, the food is not good enough for that kind of bs.

  Initially, I experienced ambivalence about this establishment during my first few visits for breakfast. Notably, I observed that patrons seated in the second lane received their food more slowly than those in the main lane. Although I am uncertain about the reason for this discrepancy, possibly due to the servers' workflow, I temporarily ceased visiting. However, upon returning, I discovered that the kitchen staff excelled in preparing delicious breakfast, particularly the breakfast taco, which was generously loaded with ingredients.

  I had never tried this Whataburger before. It was super clean and the service was great. I’d like to give a shout out to Amore, who took our order. She was so sweet and accommodating especially since I needed a customized order along with a large order. I will definitely start using this Whataburger instead of the one on 46 and I-10. The only thing that could’ve made it any better was being able to use one of the large Whataburger bags. One of the ladies at the back said it was for people that spent $100 dollars. Then she said they were out. Maybe next time….I’m lucky my husband could help me juggle getting things to the car.
