  I been there 3 times , their coffees are very good and food too ,exept the bacon it doesn't feel warm is cold and kind of stiff. I had noticed is only one waiter for lots of people we had to wait a while. he was doing his best but was pretty busy for one waiter, he is super nice even tho he was rushing he is very good on what he does, but the girl at the entrance I guess the greeter when we were going out she turn her had to the other side instead of a list said" thank you "

  My wife and I are foodies always on the hunt for QUALITY food. We’ve never spent this much time trying to figure out what we wanted to eat because the menu and the dishes being placed on other tables made it a fantastic problem to have! It was definitely our first time when we experienced that we wanted everything! Nonetheless, we made our order and the quality of food did NOT disappoint! We were so excited and satisfied with what we ordered so we had to put Wafflelicious on our #1 go-to breakfast spot! Friendly staff, cute environment, can’t go wrong here!

  This place is a rudderless ship without a captain. Absolutely no manager or anyone in charge the morning we were there. When we arrived, there were several empty tables inside whilst people were waiting outside to be seated. We were on a schedule because we had booked a tour at a nearby cavern, so a lengthy wait would have derailed our plans. After about 20 minutes waiting, we opted to sit oustide. As time passed waiting for our server, the angle of the Sun came down with intense heat on our table. When we got our drinks, I knew that it was just too hot to sit there. I went inside and asked the hostess if we could move to a table inside and was told we would be placed on a wait list (again, several empty tables inside, some with dirty dishes and food). While I was speaking with the dazed, aloof, and confused high-schooler, I noticed table umbrellas behind the hostess podium (see attached image). I asked the hostess if we could use one of the umbrellas since it was extremely hot and the Sun was overbearing. The young lady said we could not use the umbrellas but never gave a reason why. I asked another employee (tall guy, twenties) and he said they cannot use them because the wind blows them down. I asked him to come outside and check the wind situation; he refused and ignored my request. I told him there was no wind and I pleaded with him because I have three small children who were getting scorched by the intense sunlight. I even offered to put them up myself. When I returned outside to our extremely hot table, our kids were just miserable and could barely eat. He ignored my request and walked away. I returned to our table and explained everything to my wife and kids and asked them to hurry up once the food arrives so we can leave quickly." Our waitress came to our table, but not to check on us, she was there to scolded us for not waiting and said "next time - you should wait for a table inside." She did not say these words in a kind or caring way - she was disrespectful and mean-spirited. My wife and and I were stunned at her behavior. I could not believe how low our waitress sank to prove how rude a person can be. And I thought, next time? Really? You think after the horrible treatment, the rude behavior, the lack of support from an unfriendly and arrogant staff, and a total disregard for the safety of my children I would return to this poorly run business. Never again. So glad that I have choices. I highly recommend anyone avoid this place and look for an alternative where people are kind, considerate, and accomodating. These people are not nice and they are not helpful.

  I got to try this today with my wife and kids and boy did it not disappoint. Everything was fantastic from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Our server was incredible. He suggested the Pulled Pork Waffle. Said it was amazing. I was hesitant at first but I went ahead and took his suggestion. My kids had the fruit and waffle and the waffle jr. My wife had the avocado waffle. everything was on point. service was amazing. he didn't hover over us like some servers do, he filled our drinks when needed didn't have to ask for coffee refill. My wife got the Longhorn iced. I ended up stealing it from her because it was so good. We will definitely be back!

  I was excited to try this place because I was told how delicious the waffles are. Perhaps I'm picky, but honestly, I was not impressed. I ordered "Chicken and Waffles." The portion seemed small for the price- $14 for half a waffle and three chicken tenders. The waffle itself was... just ok. It tasted sort of like it was made with bisquick and it didn't have the thick fluffy, texture I was hoping for. I make better waffles at home 🥴 I made the mi stake of ordering "Drip Coffee" with my food and it tasted like someone filtered water through some leaves they gathered from the ground in the backyard. Bleh. The service was definitely NOT wonderful. Our server appeared too busy and distracted to really listen or care. My daughter asked to have some bacon on the side with her waffle. He never brought it. He did technically stop by our table once to ask "how everything was" but the whole interaction lasted about one whole second and I don't recall him even making eye contact before he rushed off again. The 'ambiance' is that of a fast food place, not a nice sit down breakfast. Which is fine if that's what you're going for. It was overall a subpar experience that I would not choose to pay for again.
