Hailey answered all our questions and recommended food to us. Mason quickly had our food prepared and ready for us Our favorite was the turkey and brisket. For the sides, the brisket beans were Soo good.

For us as Europeans, the whole concept was something really special – choosing the freshly smoked meat directly at the counter and experiencing this typical Texas barbecue atmosphere. The meat was absolutely excellent: incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavor. The atmosphere is casual, lively and authentically Texan. A completely different dining experience from what we are used to in Europe, and definitely one of the highlights of our Texas trip.

LOL. 🤣🤦🏻♂️ It was raining earlier and it isn’t even raining now. What a joke. First and last time I ever tried going there. Won’t even give it a chance now. Customer service is your business, learn it. Maybe don’t let us sit in line for ever before you tell us that. Not even interested in a reply. Don’t bother.
