Going to this store for a while, I have seen an increased customer service presence, that I would have otherwise missed. I have seen a lot of progress since True Texas BBQ has been established, but please work on the sides because that is what sets HEB apart from the competitors in my opinion.

The brisket is tender with a perfect smoke ring, and their sausage has just the right snap. For a grocery spot, it delivers authentic, smoky flavors that can stand up to any standalone joint. The staff is always friendly. Shout out to Ms. Cheryl for coming over to our table and mailing sure everything was great.
