Diet topgolf. No fun light show or music. If you love topgolf for the past 10 years you will be disappointed in the money saving they did to this place. Almost as if they positioned themselves to sell to a normal driving range if they failed. Also, we had a trans server named Ethan that barely served us and his presence made my whole party uncomfortable.
Aiden was hands down the BEST server we have ever had at Topgolf! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, fast, and made sure our entire experience was amazing. He went above and beyond the whole time and made us feel genuinely taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. We’ve been to Topgolf many times, and no one has ever matched the level of service Aiden provided. If you get the chance to have Aiden as your server, you are in for an incredible experience. Our lane technically started at 6:30…. In the past they have usually held it for 15 minutes having a grace period. And start it once you get to your lane. This time they decided to start our lane exactly at 6:30 so when we arrived at 6:40, we were down 10 minutes on time. Super rude front desk, man. Can’t believe the service I received today.

Care you just dont see anymore.
I lost a bracelet at topgolf, and the managers Marco and Octavio went above and beyond reviewing video footage from two weeks back within hours of my call to help locate it. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.
The entire staff from the front desk to the waitstaff and bussers was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I also loved that they have security on-site, which made me feel even more comfortable.
Topgolf is always fun, but the people truly make it outstanding. Thank you for the amazing service!
I live in the neighborhood and stop in to have a beverage and watch sports. I have been here 4 times now. Prior to this evening, I have been able to order multiple drinks and then pay the total as I left. This evening, Mario informed me, quite curtly, that each drink must be paid for at the time of ordering. I find this not only inconvenient, but his message delivery very rude. I can go to many other establishments nearby and order food and beverages and not have to pay after each item is ordered. If the company cannot take a card initially and then keep a tab open, I believe they may need to upgrade their systems. The team members I have dealt with previously were very pleasant, personable and friendly. Hopefully, this event was an exception and not the actual service policy as there are numerous options very near I can and will visit.
