Terrible customer service, workers working at a snails pace and talking to each other the whole time over making subs. Took an hour to get my mobile order, they need a system to handle the line and mobile orders and more supervision.

When he asked the name of the order, I told him the full name and phone number. He asked if it was personal or delivery, I said personal. He then asked what the sandwiches were. Dude WHATS next? What kind of phone the order was placed on? Date of birth? I had to call my girlfriend to see what she ordered. Really inconvenient, Subway. I think enough info was provided. Couldn’t finish my sandwich during my break.
