    Staff is rude and not helpful! They dont like working and yet they are getting paid to do just that. Very disappointed with the service.

    Literally the worst sonic I've ever been to. Every visit has been accompanied by a "oh sorry the slushie machine is broken" or a "oh sorry were out of ice cream" which I typically understand.. it is a fast food establishment and stuff breaks, with that being said it has been every visit since I moved to NB about a year ago. The staff is rude, takes forever and very frequently will give you lukewarm or cold food.

    Food was poorly made. They forgot items that I ordered. Spent $29 for sad food. And didn't receive all.
