  Ordered chili cheese fries and got cold hard cheese fries… paid extra for nothing & it took about 20 mins to get my small order

  Ordered lemonade ( just the right amount of tart), cheese sticks (perfectly warm) and pepper poppers (cheddar was good and hot.) The server was friendly and helpful.

  My visit today was around 3:40pm. While in the drive thru ordering my food, I could hear the manager yelling at the Order taker. When I arrived at the window to pay, the what appeared to be manager was still raging on the drive thru worker hitting her with her body while trying to push something above her several times. I get that we want quick service but not to where those hardworking individuals are not respected and or abused by their management like I observed. My order was correct but the lemonade was questionable, and instead of remaking my drink quietly I think ALL of 46 highway heard this lady yelling at her workers! Do better Sonic and respect your own people. Lemonade was replaced, this lady’s dignity and respect WASN’T!

  This is the worse SONIC in New Braunfels. I ordered my lunch, soon after other cars started to arrive. Soon the isle was filled with people. They all got my food before me plus others that arrived after. I called it in they said it’s on its way by this time it was 25 minutes already. When I got the food it was cold and the wrong drink! I called the manager and asked for a refund, 5 minutes later she came and took the food and said I’ll get you a refund. 10 minutes passed she never returned so I literally left. I had to get to work! They have changed management and staff because they are the worse!! Don’t come here.
