  I pulled in and ordered 2 drinks and a soft pretzel. I ordered twice and an hour later got my drinks!

  If I could give no stars I would. The WORST sonic in New Braunfels. We pulled up to the drive thru.and sat there for 5mins with no answer then pulled to one of the bays again sat there for at least 5 mins before ordering. All we ordered was mozzarella sticks. Sat there for 15mins and finally buzzed and asked what was taking so long and the order was never even placed…. While we sat there waiting and watching we saw multiple other people get frustrated and complain. If you are thinking of coming here don’t…

  Been a few times in the morning. But was always out of something, like eggs. Gone also in the afternoon and food is good, staff are friendly.

  Dry hot dog bun so old it’s falling apart while I tried to eat it. 😆 Cherry Limeade without any cherries or limes! I received a sprite with lots of ice and food coloring. It’s either gotten really bad or lazy. If the classic items can’t even be made well, what’s the point. Hubby keeps telling me to stop buying from this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  The crew at this location was friendly and fast. The restaurant was a bit bland with the white out windows screens, but the all white and blue was clean looking and different from the many other Sonics in the area making it stand out more. The food was great, my wife was upset there was no mint in the bag, but its a minor thing. I enjoyed this location, it was easy and convenient on our way home after shopping. I recommend it.
