  Saltgrass delivered the kind of restaurant experience I wish happened more often. The food was excellent, and my Maudeen’s Center Cut Filet was cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Riley, was friendly, fast, and on top of everything without making us feel rushed. Even the drinks were great. My double Jack and Coke was strong enough that I could smell it before it even made it to the table (a very good thing indeed). Great food, great service, great drinks. We’ll definitely be back.

  Mothers Day Sunday lunch - our wait was 10-15 minutes- but staffing was ready! Harper kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed! Food was tasty and served hot! Ps honey butter bread is always a fav! 😋 Thanks for helping make Mom’s day special!

  We absolutely love the new braunfels location salt grass! It has become our date night go to. As someone with a laundry list of allergies it is nerve wrecking going out to eat. The staff is always so wonderful about asking so many questions to guarantee allergy safety for me and always bringing a manager over to double check. Our service today was even more over the top considerate and it truly meant so much!! Thank you Elizabeth and Marcus for putting in so much attention and care you're awesome!

  Yes all the way around ! Our server was fantastic, he had so much patience and always with a smile to serve a group of 7! The chicken fried steak the portion was outrageous I couldn’t believe how big it was with a loaded baked potato I mean this chicken fried steak was half of the plate size and the sides included soup or salad, I choose a salad so fresh with ranch house salad. The loaded baked potato was so big and tender. T sweet not overly sweet delicious! An appetizer of complementary bread with butter tender! The atmosphere I just can’t get over the atmosphere I love everything country! We’ll definitely go again! A+

  I placed an online order at Saltgrass, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I went to the pick-up door—there was no one there to assist me. I asked an employee for help, and they sent me to the bar area. I even asked a manager for assistance, and he completely ignored me, acting as if he didn’t hear me and walked away. Terrible service. This was my first time ordering here, and it will definitely be my last..
