  I had to put my 21 year old dog down so I drove through McDonalds to get him his last meals. I was crying because buying his last meal made it feel so real. The girl working the drive through was one of the most kind and empathetic people I’ve ever met and when I looked in the bag she had given me a cookie for free. Her kindness meant so much to me and my dog loved the burgers. I don’t remember the employees name but thank you so much. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

  My food was good and hot, and my frappe' was cold and had almost all the whipped cream it should have on it. The only thing that was a turn-off, and he was polite and prompt, was the young man at the window had a mustache and beard and was drinking a drink when I got to the window. I realize it's very hot right now, but somehow it turned my stomach to think he had no way to wash his hands between drinking and handing me my glass and food.

  Stopped on my way home, and pulled into one of the pickup spaces. I ordered when I got there. After twenty minutes, I went inside. There were a couple of people standing there talking. I asked why my order hadn't come out. He said they had just dropped the fries and they'd be ready in three minutes. I told him that I had been waiting for 20. He, with no apology, said he'd send it out when it was done. The girl that brought it to the car apologized.
