  Yelled at over a packet of syrup. Went through the drive through at 9:50 this morning. The old lady with the tacky pink lipstick yelled at us over a misunderstanding about the extra syrup we ordered. After we lay seeing one in the bag we very politely told her we ordered 2. She told us it was “in the bag” I looked again thinking maybe I missed it and again kindly told her I didn’t see it again she says just “in the bag” louder. I assure her there is only one she says “the other bag” now getting louder. I start checking the plastic bag looking under the food. She then starts yelling “it’s in the sealed bag with the silverware”. My dad turns to her stunned and tells her there is no need for that. I open the sealed bag and yes it is in there. I start to apologize to her and she rudely just says almost yelling “I told you it was in the bag and slams the window shut. Girl what. It was a simple misunderstanding and you were rude from the start. Maybe next time clarify “the silverware bag has one as well”

  Just close both 24hr hour locations and that will legitimately make america a little better.

  Girl with glasses at night didn’t even give us the full order, was missing 2 four piece nuggets and McDoubles, didn’t follow requests, I double checked if she put sauces we asked for she confirmed and it wasn’t even in the bag. Had hella attitude, coming from out of town, drove 40 minutes after a wedding, this is a disappointment..

  Food was great, but efficiency could use a little work. Seeing drinks have to be refilled by a crewmember behind the counter due to not being in the lobby. Entailed a little wait for the crewmember to refill and, of course, they gave you a new cup instead of refilling the old one. Seems a bit wasteful, but, to each his own.
