  Took 54 minutes to get 1 combo meal. They outsource the delivery to Uber Eats. I did not get my Diet Coke.. Uber eats person asked if the meal was complete when picking it up, he said that the worker said it was. I called the store and was told they have no idea how to fix this and I was to call back in 30 minutes because the manager was super busy. I guess I need to use my 712 reward points and start getting my sandwiches from somewhere else.

  Had a $60 DoorDash order, waited and waited finally called the store after an hour to see what the hold up was. Got put on hold with no warning 3 separate times. Finally when the girl answered she told me my order was being canceled because the entire store was out of bread. No biggie stuff with inventory happens. But why did you not cancel the order immediately? I waited an hour and couldn’t reorder from anywhere else because everything around us was closing while I waited for this order. Really poor communication.

  Horrible Horrible experience. I have ordered 3 different times and have to call back and cancel my order since they have taken over an hour to deliver. I call the restaurant and someone by the name of Rick answers and is very unprofessional. He rushes through the conversation and hangs up on you. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional
