  Second time getting coffee second time being terribly disappointed. So much so I drove away without my order. Was upset but I realized it wasn't the young ladies fault they weren't properly trained. I asked for Iced Americano. When asked if I cared for creamer I said no. I am asked to move forward and wait didn't mind. After waiting an unusually long time for a coffee they bring me a small hot beverage. After telling young lady I asked for iced she looks at label and said my bad I will be right back. Still cool until she returned this time unusually quick for a fresh coffee it looks like heavy creamer.i told her I wanted it black, she replied the other worker said you didn't care which creamer. Who adds something to their coffee and didn't care what it was. Don't even get me started on the confusion with their sweet zero. Sometimes we get our gallons double sweet. I had to train myself on their products to not mess up my own order. I guess when you are making .80 to .85 cents on the dollar on your product who cares right.

  After stopping in for a drink for my fiancee (which she loved), we got rear ended by someone leaving the drive thru. I went back inside and the ladies at the front were extremely helpful and got me in contact with the GM who was able to provide security footage for me. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond!

  This was our weekly indulgence. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like to try the new teas they come out with. So far Pineapple Crush is in my top 4

  We placed our order and got to the window, where the employee repeated everything back to us. However, two of the drinks were made incorrectly. She acknowledged the mistake and asked us to pull forward. We then waited about 15 minutes. When another employee came outside, she told us we would need to get back in line so they could take our payment. At that point, the drive-thru line was nearly wrapped around the building. We asked if she could simply take the card and process the payment since we had already been waiting, but she said no and told us our only options were to get back in line or come inside to pay. What I don’t understand is why the payment wasn’t taken when we were originally at the window. We ended up going inside, where we had to wait again just to have the order rung up and paid for. The entire situation made no sense and took around 30 minutes from start to finish. Very frustrating experience.
