I called the store and asked to speak with a manager, but the woman on the phone was abrupt and did not introduce herself. I explained the situation, but the only solution offered was that I had 24 hours to bring it back. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return within that timeframe, so the tea ended up being thrown away. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but customer service and how those mistakes are handled matter. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, which was disappointing.
