Had everything I was looking for so that is always a great bonus. Dont need to stop at walmart if I am nearby HEB! But as said this location is very busy and people dont understand the one way parking lot lanes.

- RHrobin hernandezJun 2, 20261.0Never had an ever had a bad experience at HEB. This morning while checking out at the New Braunfels /35 North location a person named “Jo” was my cashier. My groceries were moving on the belt and she was speaking with another customer. Guessing she wasn’t paying attention and my groceries got bunched up when the belt stopped. She pushed all of my groceries all the way back with her arm and finished speaking with that same customer. All of this was done with an attitude. I had a 12pk of sodas and I placed them down on the belt in front of my groceries and she did the same thing to my sodas. (I placed the sodas there thinking she would hand them back to me after she rang them up) I questioned her if she was ok and her rude reply was “Yeah , are you?” I mean if this person is OCD and likes the groceries on the belt a certain way that has nothing to do with me the customer. If she’s not a morning person why work in the mornings or be in customer service for that matter. I spoke with a young manager and he seemed like it was irrelevant. I won’t return to this location again.
