We opened the sealed salad on 4/25 and it was totally inedible. It was wilted and mushy and wet. I also noted that there were salads with expiration dates of the 20th already 3 days expired. We have shopped at HEB for years, but have recently noticed that the quality doesn't quite seem as good as it was previously.
