  Did you know that Heb is one of the few, if not the only major grocery store chain in America, that doesn't provide cart wipes for their customers? They own the retail food marketplace in Texas, make billions and billions and can't even provide wipes for their customers. Hand sanitizer without anything to wipe the carts down with is just a big way to save money and show customers just how much they don't care. I challenge you to research the germs that are on your carts.

  I’m giving only one star, but that’s specifically because of one cashier. I have no issues with the store itself; I enjoy doing my shopping there every week. Everything was fine until this woman waited on us. First, she tossed my pineapple—I thought, "Okay, maybe that was an accident"—but things got worse when the customer ahead of me left behind a bag of drinks. I pointed out what had happened and handed her the bag; she gave me a horrible look, immediately tossed the bag (with the items still inside), and continued with her deplorable attitude. She kept tossing everything she was scanning, and I immediately thought: if you don't want to work, stay home. Customer service comes first; tossing the items people buy and making faces at the customer reflects poorly on the store. I am leaving her employee number and name so she can receive training on proper customer service.

  At 11:09pm got asked by security to move down to the end of the parking lot after I just bought stuff taking phone calls in my car , kinda crazy being that I spend thousands of dollars a month at this place and can’t be here 10 minutes after close that’s just ridiculous! I’ll find somewhere else to shop

  I ended up in the ER and had five prescriptions to fill on a Saturday. My insurance companies site was down and they were unable to run my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff offered to fill my prescriptions via a discount card and I could come back later and they would run them through my insurance when the site was back up. There was no delay and the scripts were filled immediately. When I went back in a few days later they were able to refund me the difference. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the quick work around to get me my much needed prescriptions. This is the level of care and customer service I have come to almost take for granted since moving here and becoming yet another loyal HEB customer. It’s also why no matter how many times my insurance company tries to get me to use the mail service pharmacy I will gladly pay a few more dollars to keep my business with a pharmacy that really cares.

  We have been going to this store since they have opened. We mainly do curbside, but I must say every single time we have gone, the store is exceptionally clean and tidy, and the service is OUTSTANDING. Very friendly employees who are always smiling and proud to be representing the HEB brand. This store is EXCELLENT, the food is so much better then Walmart and much better prices. For steaks also HEB is my go to place! Way cheaper then Walmart, and excellent quality in comparison! Each time we get curbside service to Every single time everyone is so friendly and kind. Thank you HEB!
