- KGKRISTYN GANZE1 day ago5.0I have to share because this is why we love our HEB! My husband was grocery shopping this morning and could not find the butternut squash and asked a worker where it was. That worker walked him to where it was and it was sold out, but since it was early morning, they were still stocking shelves so the worker told my husband to come back in 10 minutes and it would probably be stocked. So my husband continued shopping and was on the other side of the store in the diaper section getting pull ups for our son and the worker had walked all over the store to find him and bring him some butternut squash. That is amazing service! I wish I knew the workers name as they should be praised and that is just one small reason why we love our HEB!

- CCConnieOct 4, 20262.0Am so disappointed in the HEB New Braunfels Hwy 46. We have wasted so much money buying meat items one day (not the discounted pricing) to get ready to cook the very next day and it has turned brown. This has happened numerous times. With the price of beef this is unacceptable. Also produce quality has decreased. Organic carrots within their date are mushy and slimy. Bought pretzels one day and they were stale. Looked at the date and yes they were way out of date. They carry things one day and the next day no longer have the items. Many times the items you are accustomed to buying are suddenly out of stock of discontinued by HEB. I have always loved HEB but this one is extremely small and is a huge disappointment. Will find another HEB to shop at as I no longer will shop at the Hwy 46 location.
- KBkeir benitezSep 26, 20261.0I was denied a non-alcoholic beverage, even though I’m over the age of 18 but under 21 the cashier who took my checkout order was semi rude about me, not having my ID on me and would not accept a photo either so I had to go to my car to get my ID and when I came back, she said she still couldn’t sell it to me because I was 20 And not 21 even though the H-E-B on Creekside, let me buy nonalcoholic beverages 0/10
