    This store is absolutely the best coffee shop around. Sure, it’s Dutch Bros, which is incredible coffee, but the shop is just different. The staff is full of energy and always happy. Once you have been there a few times, the team remembers you, which makes the experience even better. They always nail the drinks and will make suggestions. The menu can be overwhelming but whether you want a simple Americano or Nitro with a few shots added or Myst or a Double Eagle, they’ll make sure you get the right drink. Go see them. They’re amazing.

    We don’t visit Dutch Bros very often, but we do appreciate the variety. There seems to be something for just about every taste and age, and I especially love that so many flavors are available sugar-free! That said, I’ve visited this location several times and tried different coffees—hot, iced, and blended—and still haven’t found that one drink I can’t live without. So far, everything has been mediocre. I keep hoping the next one will be “the one,” but it hasn’t happened yet. The vanilla flavoring has been a particular disappointment. To me, it does NOT taste like vanilla and leaves a funky aftertaste that really puts me off. It’s made me hesitant to experiment with other flavors. For reference, I like my coffee strong, with plenty of cream or half-and-half, and not overly sweet. I want to actually taste the coffee—a little bitterness balanced with just a hint of sweetness. So far, nothing I’ve ordered has hit that balance. The staff deserves credit for being helpful and trying to guide me toward a drink I’ll enjoy. I appreciate the effort, even though the recommendations haven’t worked out for my taste. We’ll be back, but without a favorite to look forward to, I’m not exactly rushing back. The variety and friendly help are there; I’m just still waiting for the coffee that makes me excited for my next visit.

    literally just left… girl with short hair, glasses and penicillin allergy tattoo was not only rude but didn’t even offer to remake my drink that wasn’t made right. i ordered a nitro and paid for extra soft top. i like the extra soft top bc i don’t add cream and like a little less cold brew. i didn’t get the extra soft top and i let her know. instead of offering to remake it, she gave me a kids cup with a dollop of soft top in it, which didnt make it into my drink bc it mostly stuck to the kids cup. as someone who use to work for dutch, and makes coffee for a living, this is not it. i spent my hard earned money here and i left feeling like crap.

    I finally got some time to write this review after making it back home from our trip, because this crew absolutely deserves to be recognized! A couple of nights ago, my wife and I were starting our drive from Bulverde, TX, to North Carolina. Since I was going to be driving most of the night, I wanted to start the trip off right with a good coffee. My wife remembered the Dutch Bros on Hwy 46 in New Braunfels, so we stopped by only to find out they had just closed. As I was disappointedly walking back to my truck, the Manager, Stephanie, noticed the U-Haul trailer we were pulling and asked if we were moving. She then asked if we needed an energy drink or something and explained that she could still help us out with that. I told her that we just really love Dutch Bros coffee and were about to drive all the way to North Carolina, so I was hoping to start the trip off right! LOL! Stephanie and her crew thought that was pretty cool, and even though they were already closed, they went back and made my wife and me a couple of blended coffees with what they still had available. That may seem like a small gesture to some people, but to us, it meant a lot. They had already told us they were closed and had absolutely no obligation to serve us. Instead, Stephanie and her team turned around and went above and beyond to take care of us before a very long drive. That is what GREAT customer service looks like! This isn’t even our normal Dutch Bros location, we usually go to the one near Bulverde Road and Hwy 281, but I can promise you that anytime I’m in New Braunfels, I’ll remember this location and this crew. BIG SHOUT-OUT TO STEPHANIE, JESS, ALICE, AND NADIA B.! I specifically asked for their names because I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve. Thank you all for taking care of my wife and me and for helping us start our trip to North Carolina on a great note! Five stars all the way around, service, atmosphere, and most importantly, the people! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Kinda bummed that they messed up my order and couldn’t take it back due to I tasted it after I left the location and was needing to get to work and then there is not a phone number to call and talk to someone, so basically lost 16 dollars for something that went in the trash
