    Don’t waste your time. Def not coming back here wouldn’t recommend save your time; go to on the grind. Been here a few times and it’s always the same issue this was my last time. they always disregard me and avoid contact even when I place my order on time and get there on time I still have to wait 20-30min after and everyone else gets there orders before me even after I placed it first and they placed it there. Both ladies that took care of me tried dismissing me several times and take care of the other people. The guy was completely lost. Terrible customer service. Been to other locations and never been treated this way. Looking at previous reviews this has always been an issue and corporate seems to do nothing about it since issue is still happening. Don’t expect it to change after either so just won’t come back

    I use to come here 4ish times a week. In the last month or so I maybe have been here 3 or 4 times. They got a completely new staff which it happens but every time I have ordered the same drink I have been getting for year its always so gross. So I stopped coming and tried again yesterday hoping it would be better and it was inedible. I took 3 sips and into the trash it goes. I wish they would train the new staff on how to make the simplest drinks. I love Dutch bros but will definitely not be back.

    Every visit I have made here I have spent at least 15 minutes plus in line. It’s ridiculous…for coffee? Probably wouldn’t come back unless somebody is buying for me to be honest. This really is my biggest con. I want to preface the coffee is good but not 10/10, especially when there’s so many other competing coffee places nearby.

    drive through says pick shortest line but then you get ignored if your not in the first line even if you put in a mobile order they want you to wait.
