    Some of these crew members don’t know what sugar free means. I normally go to the Schertz location but this crew in New Braunfels seem lazy and don’t want to make it properly. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time. They have a lot to learn for these morning crew members. Shit I’m up at 4:00 AM too. Maybe send them to the Schertz location to learn a thing or two.

    My FIL had gone on 8/28 to get me some coffee and Kianna was so sweet to help us with the drink I wanted- which was a iced golden eagle. I wanted it with not a lot of espresso and she was able to help with how I wanted it. She was so patient and kind with us (: thank you Kianna!

    My Casper knows EXACTLY where we’re going when I turn onto 46! He starts getting excited because he knows his favorite part is coming… the FREE pup cup! And yes, he had to show up in his Dutch Bros scarf because he takes his customer loyalty VERY seriously. The ladies here are always so sweet, and they already know our order as soon as we roll up!
